<br />Western access road up to previous 3 vent holes, extends up slope from Carnation portal, lower
<br />portions maintained and passable, upper portion very eroded and impassable. Portion considered
<br />to be affected area 1800 LF, 16 feet wide. Debris and junk scattered along upper segment of
<br />access road: steel casing(?), marked "Thompson Pipe," spiral welded, 6 ft diam, 36 ft L, 3/8"
<br />wall; also corrugated metal pipe, 7 ft diam, 16 ft L.
<br />Located in central part of Sunday #3, and west of Sunday #3 (claim name?)
<br />Vent hole, open; 5 ft(?) diam, on narrow road bench. No elec fan or transformer though located
<br />along overhead powerline route Co top of ridge. No concrete collar. Extreme hazard: covered by
<br />rotten boards, no signing or fencing.

<br />Access road to previous vent hole, as shown on maps, does not exist anymore. Rockfall, slope
<br />erosion and trees have blocked access, and road seems to have effectively reclaimed itself.
<br />Located in SW comer of Sunday #2 and W end of Sunday #1.

<br />transformers, 1/10 acre bare area adjacent to road.
