Compatibility with Anticipated Adjacent Operations - Rule <br />2.07.6(2)(1) <br />There are no existing or anticipated mines in or adjacent to the Snowmass <br />Coal Company - North Thompson Creek Mines. Pursuant to Rule <br />2.07.6(2)(1), the Division finds that the proposed operations will not be <br />incompatible with other coal mining operations anticipated to be <br />performed within areas adjacent to the proposed permit area. The <br />application 15 in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXVII. Reclamation Fees Required by 30 C.F.R., Chapter VII, <br />Subchapter R - Rule 2.0-7.6(2)(0) <br />The Oivtsion, through contacts with the Office of Surface Mining, U.S. <br />Department of the Interior, finds that Snowmass Coal Company is current <br />with their payment of reclamation fees required by 30 C.F.R., Ctrapter <br />VII, Subchapter R.
