AND FOR PAYMENT OF FEES AND <br />COSTS TO WIND UP ESTATES <br />TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kutner Miller, P.C. ("KM"), as counsel to the Debtor, <br />and Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C. ("RWO"), counsel to the Official Committee of <br />Unsecured Creditors, have applied to this Court for an Order approving final authorization and <br />approval of all professional compensation and reimbursement of expenses incurred in excess of <br />the $25,000 disbursement pursuant to the Amendment to the Plan of Reorganization to KM and <br />RWO for the period from May 27, 2004 to Mazch 1, 2005 (the "Compensation Period"). During <br />the Compensation Period, KM incurred professional fees in the amount of $5,000.00 and <br />expenses in the amount of $1,957.24. During the Compensation Period, RWO incurred <br />professional fees in the amount of $7,731.71 and expenses in the amount of $68.88. All of the <br />services provided by KM and RWO to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors during the <br />Compensation Period aze described in detail in the Supplemental Application. <br />KM has received reimbursements related to its fees and expenses incurred during the <br />Compensation Period in the amount of $5,000.00. RWO has received reimbursements related to <br />its fees and expenses incurred during the Compensation Period in the amount of $20,000.00. <br />In the Supplemental Application, KM and RWO request approval of their fees and <br />expenses incurred in excess of the $25,000 disbursement pursuant to the Amendment to the Plan <br />incurred during the Compensation Period pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330. <br />The Supplemental Application also requests on behalf of Randal W. Case II, the PIan <br />agent, approval for payment of up to $40,000 for payment of fees and costs associated with the <br />closing and wind up of the Debtor. This $40,000 includes the legal fees and costs requested by <br />
