<br />STIPULATION N0. 13 <br />WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, THE PERMITTEE MUST SUBMIT DESIGNS FOR <br />DITCHES F1, F2 AND F3 AND THE TWO 24 INCH CULVERTS ASSOCIATED WITH DITCH <br />F2, <br />Eeaponae: The designs for diversion ditches F1, F2 and F3, as well <br />as the two 24-inch culverts associated with ditch F2 have been sub- <br />mitted to the Division in the application for the Fiah Creek Tipple <br />by lbentymile Coal Company. According to the attached calculations, <br />the eaiating 24-inch culverts should be replaced with 36-inch CMp. <br />The responsibility for culvert replacement will be that of Twenty- <br />mile Coal Company. <br />
