Releases of Storm Water in Excess of Reportable <br />Quantities (Continued) <br />b. Multiple Anticipated Discharges. Facilities which <br />have more than one anticipated discharge per year <br />containing the same hazardous substance in an amount <br />equal to or in excess of a reportable quantity <br />established under either 40 CFR 117 or 40 CFR 302, <br />which occurs during a 24-hour period, where the <br />discharge is caused by events occurring within the <br />scope of the relevant operating system shall: <br />(1) submit notifications in accordance with Part <br />I.C.6.a.(2) (above) of this permit for the first <br />such release that occurs during a calendar year <br />(or for the first year of this permit, after <br />submittal of an NOI); and, <br />(2) shall provide in the storm water pollution <br />prevention plan required under Part I.C.4. <br />(storm water pollution prevention plan) a <br />written description of the dates on which all <br />such releases occurred, the type and estimate of <br />the amount of material released, and the <br />circumstances leading to the release. In <br />addition, the plan must be reviewed to identify <br />measures to prevent or minimize such releases <br />and the plan must be modified where appropriate. <br />c. Spills. This permit does not authorize the <br />discharge of hazardous substances or oil resulting <br />from an on-site spill. <br />
