~S C <br />Document Imaging CD/DVD <br />REQUEST FORM & INSTRUCTIONS <br />~~ ~~ <br />~~ <br />Inquest for the DMG document images on the following DMG permit file(s): <br />The D G document tmages can be copra to etther a CD or a DVD. Please check one below and remm this <br />form with your payment m DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. <br />Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of this signed documrn[ for your CD or DVA to be available. <br />~CD ~ $5.00 per disk _ DVD Q $20.00 per disk <br />I <br />_ Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instmetions. <br />Computer requirements [o use the DMG document Imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />first time. Future use of [his or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows PicNre <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with f2ttickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and regisuation are the user's iesponsibitity. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Irnaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructions' <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autotun, which mns the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Automn program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instmctions for manually installing tZnickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Permit Fife document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG o[Dce or they caa be purchased on a CD or <br />DVD. The CD/DVD purchase coat covers the time and labor of making the CD.
