Simpson, <br />Chief Water Management Branch, Division of Water Resources. <br />Mr. Glen Chambers the property owner with whom our lease <br />arrangements on the gravel pit have been concluded, has <br />assured me that many of his considerable water rights have <br />no specification as to the use of the water involved. <br />Therefore, we assume that a change-in-use will not be <br />required. <br />If you feel any further information is necessary, please let <br />me know. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
