Mare <br />.~~ specifically, by these correspondence Cotter is appealing the Divisions designation of <br />these facilities as Designated Mining Operations (DMO). In conjunction with these <br />appeals Cotter is also requesting a time extension prior to scheduling the matter for <br />hearing- This extension in time is needed in ardor for Cotter to conduct and provide to <br />the Division further ground water evaluation information responsive to the Divisions <br />comments and to support our belief that the facilities do not constitute DMO facilities. <br />if you should have any questions regarding this matter, pease contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />teven D.
