BOX 49 • LYONS,
April 8, 1999
Arkins Pazk Stone
5975 N. Cnty. Rd. 27
Loveland, Co. 80537
Dear NIr. ~. ;t4rs. Sprague,
COLORADO 80540 • PHONE: 303-823-6622 • FAX: 303-823-8257 `
It has been approximately a week since ow conversation, and not one person has come in to my
office in regards to yow Quarry. I'm leaving for a few days next week, and won't be back until
the 20s` of April. I'm not sure of your time frame with the county, so I'm sending you this letter,
letting you know what the Town of Lyons position is pertaining to your request.
We have no problem with your quarry if you don't increase traffic flows through the Town of
Lyons. You didn't guarantee that you wouldn't increase traffic in our conversation, you said you
had no plans to expand or increase production. If you can somehow affirm traffic flows would
remain the same as they now exist, we withdraw ow concerns. I don't believe a tow of your
quarry will be necessary, but I appreciate your offer.
Thank-you for calling me and providing me with information on your proposal, I hope all works
out for you. Thanks again.
Sincerely,
~~ c,~;~
A
j~N OCFj~Fn
o;~,so~o~M,~~B 1998
Gary Cinnamon
Town Administrator
