<br />2. Tlme'ai blast: Blasting operations will be conducletl daily between sunrise
<br />and sunset. ~.
<br />3. Ali mine roads to blast areas with be blocked at lease ten minutes prior to
<br />the blast by manned vehicles having radio communication wbh the Blasting
<br />Foreman. The blast areas will be cleared by the Blasting Foreman. All mine
<br />areas are fenced for livestock. ~..
<br />4. Audible Warning Slonals:
<br />Before Olast signal: Four series of three short sirens, then four series of three
<br />long Sirens.
<br />After blast all clear sianai: The Blasting Foreman will check the blast and re-
<br />portthe all clear to barricade crews, followed.by a single;~long siren.
<br />i Blasting may not be conducted at times'~different from those announced in
<br />this blasting schedule except, in emergency situations where rain, lightning,
<br />other atmospheric conditions, or Operator or public safety requires unscheduled
<br />detonation. -
