ECHO GOLD CORPORATION discontinu d all <br />testing operations ^n the property in October, 1991. <br />ELK CREEK GOLD MINES COMPANY has previously operated the pr perty during <br />1985 and 86. Their operations resulted in a waste pile of an a timated <br />7,000 tons. <br />}'he ^peratians of ECHO GOLD CORP~7RATION consisted of the mi ing and <br />milling ^f approximately 100 tans of ore, removed through the h ulage <br />tunnel. A small metal and wooden building was erected and mill ng <br />equipment was installed For testing of gold by gravity methods. The <br />operations were on a total of ^.16 acre, as shown on accompanyi g map. <br />At this time no further mining ^peratians are in plan for E~HD GOLD <br />on this site. <br />ELK CREEK GOLD MINES COMPANY is planning future developmen{• on <br />this said property at a later date. <br />Concerning the conditions df the Mackey 444 at this time, pans <br />are as follows; <br />(1) Equipment owned by ECHO GOLD will he removed from sit upon sale. <br />(2) Small testing stockpiles of low grade ore will be rem ved. <br />(3) Site and portal will be secured and maintained by own rs. <br />(4) Mine dump parameters will be be8med to M.S.H.A. specs stations <br />channeling any unforeseen water flow into existing sh ft <br />(Annie H.).
