Season Nov.16 to May 1 <br />2. Hours of operation : surface outsid0 <br />underground <br />3. Days per week: 5 Monday to Friday <br />1- 12 hour shift a day lam to 7pm <br />3- 8 hour shifts a day <br />4. Equipnnent to be used on surface: skid loader/fork lift <br />emico loader (part time) <br />trucks and trailers <br />stone sputter (inside ) <br />air power <br />file saws <br />water truck (once week) <br />trash truck (2 times a momh) <br />ventilation fan <br />genset (emergency use only) <br />5. Holidays : No operations Christmas eve, Christmas, New Years, Easter <br />6. Gate will be locked at all times except for employee , wnt~actor, truck access. <br />7. Product shipments will take place between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. In case of the <br />need for after hours shipments contact will be made with o~ neighbor and the Forest <br />Service as soon as such need is recognized. <br />8. Road will be plowed in a manner friendly to the road .Forest Service input will used. <br />9. The public will be directed around the site (road reroute) with signs posted at the <br />new road junction to FS road 310. <br />l0.0ut side lights will be used for the loading of trucks, palletizing of stone and <br />movement of stone into the sputter area after dark. Lights will be used only on a as <br />needed basis and will not be left oa all nigIrt. Motion lights (ah'eady installed) will be <br />used for security. <br />11. Blasting will be dieing the day shift.
