If there <br />will be no new surface disturbance and no new water depletions, we <br />concur with your finding of "no effect" for the proposed <br />modifications. On tiovember 15, 1985, we issued a biological <br />opinion for the bald eagle, Colorado squawfish, humpback chub, and <br />bonvtail chub for the original mine plan for the Bear ~1ine. We <br />have no new federally endangered or threatened species to add to <br />the updated species list for this project.
