AT THESE TIPfES THE WATER LEVEL IN THE WELLS <br />WILL BE MEASURED AND SAMPLES WILL BE TAKEN FOR ANALYSIS OF pH, TEPfPERATURE <br />AND SPECIFIC CONDUCTANCE. THE RESULTS OF THIS MONITORING WILL BE <br />SUBMITTED TO THE DIVISION.IPIIā¢lIDIi1TELY AFTER DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS. <br />6. WITHIN 5 MONTHS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE THE APPLICADiT MUST PROVIDE AN <br />ANALYSIS OF THE FILL AND ANY OTHER DISTURBID MATERIAL WHICH WILL NOT <br />BE TOPSOILED PRIOR TO REVEGETATI02i. THIS ANALYSIS WILL BE DONE ON AN <br />APPROPRIATE NUPQ3ER OF REPRESENTATI~'iE SAPfPLES TAKEN TO A DEPTH OF AT <br />LEAST 4 FEET, AND WILL INCLUDE AN ANALYSIS OF ALL REQUIRED SOIL <br />PARAMETERS FOR A DETERMINATION OF SUITABILITY FOR RECLAMATION. <br />7. TOPSOIL MUST BE ANALYZED FOR FERTILIZER ELEMENTS <br />SEEDING.
