It appeazs that we will have a busy year in the Greeley area. We will focus this year on mining the azea west of your property and with some luck we may have that area backfilled by the end of the season. We aze hopeful that our production crews will be able to stay ahead of demand without having to engage in a "double shift" operation. If it becomes necessary to extend our working hours we will contact you in advance and let you know approximately how long you can expect the operation to continue. I appreciate the inconvenience a "double-shin" places on you and your neighbors and we will strive to avoid this to the best of our abilities. We received a couple of comments concerning placing the fence along the eastern and southern border of our property. in short, we will run a six foot chain-link fence from F Street, north to our southern boundary then east to the corner of Mr. Thissen's northwest property boundary. We aze in the process of scheduling a fence contractor and plan on having the fence installed late this month or early March. With spring quickly approaching, the need for irrigation water will quickly follow. As we discussed, if there are problems in pumping water please inform us so we can make arrangements to get water to you. Please allow two weeks for a response to a well problem. We operate with a lean work force and it is sometimes difficult to address all the issues at hand. Please feel free contact meat anytime to address these or any other issues.
