Coal Mine in Fremont County, <br />Colorado (the "Bonded Area"). <br />Harrison Western's address is 4860 Robb Street, <br />Suite 101, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033. <br />As set forth below, Harrison Western respectfully <br />requests that the Board order the Bond to be released on <br />the grounds that: <br />A$NOLD 8e PO$TE13 <br />ONE UNITED BANK CENTER <br />1700 LINCOLN STREET <br />DENVER, COLD RADO 80203 <br />(3031 863-1000 <br />1.
