The <br />key aspects of the transfer application include transfer of the existing bond or submittal of <br />anew bond and providing complete and accurate information regarding Rule 2.03. <br />It is my understanding that the current plan is to transfer the New Elk permit to A.P. <br />Maxwell in its' entirety.
