However, there are several landslide features above <br />the proposed underground workings and Somerset Mining Company has <br />committed to monitoring these features. <br />2. The applicant has proposed a subsidence monitoring program, in <br />accordance with Rule 2.06.6(6)(c), designed to determine the <br />commencement and magnitude of subsidence movements. The results of <br />the monitoring program will be submitted to the Division annually. <br />The monitoring program is designed to extend for a time, beyond <br />cessation of mining in any area, consistent wish the need for <br />verification of the Subsidence prediction. <br />Operations on Alluvial Vallee floors <br />XI <br />The Division has determined that an alluvial valley floor exists in <br />an adjacent area.
