Iiowever, :1 a'v'iray^ <br />placed these on file with the County Clerk we thought you had it <br />also. <br />We are enclosing our mine permit applications and approval, mine <br />site plan, and mining operation plan. Also, enclosed is the <br />Stormwater permit. <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology is the regulatory agency that <br />governs all mine permits, and all of your requests are conditions <br />that are imposed by them. We want to assure you that no mining <br />took place before we had approval from the State of Colorado, <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />
