This site approval will e$pire one year from the date of this letter <br />if the cona:truction of the project has not commenced by that date. <br />~ If eapirati_on occurs, you must apply fora new site approval. <br />Construction is defined as entering into a contract for the erection <br />or physica]_ placement of materials, equipment, piping, earthwork or <br />buildings which are to be a part of a domestic wastewater treatment <br />works. <br />4. The design (construction plans and specifications) for the treatment <br />works must be approved by the Division prlor to commencement of <br />construction and all construction change orders initiating variances <br />.from the alproved plans and specifications must be approved by the <br />Division. <br />5.
