COMMENTS MADE AFTER PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The permittee requested that the monitoring for ammonia be deleted and <br />that the monitoring frequency for flow'be reduced. The ammonia <br />monitoring will bce deleted since the lowest expected limitation would be <br />45 mg/1 and the effluent concentrations should be much less than this <br />level.
