Braley have filed a Stipulation and Joint Motion to Settle <br /> Adversary Proceeding. <br /> The Stipulation and Joint Motion resolves all claims in Adversary Proceeding No.96-1846 DEC wherein the Trustee seeks <br /> to avoid Dena E. Braley's secured claim in the approximate amount of$100,000.00 as a preferential or avoidable transfer. The <br /> Stipulation and Motion provides that Dena E. Braley shall release her secured claim and lien interest which she has asserted in this <br /> case and instead shall have an allowed unsecured claim in the amount of$80,000.00. The Trustee believes the Stipulation is in the <br /> best interests of the Estate and will save the expenses of continued litigation. A copy of the Stipulation and Joint Motion is available <br /> for review in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado 721 19th Street,Denver,Colorado 80202. <br /> Pursuant to Rule 202 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy,if you desire to oppose this action you must file a written objection <br /> and request a hearing with the Court on or before May 5. 1997 and send a copy to the undersigned attorney.
