<br />beyond 180 deye, or approved ezteneion thereof, shall bemme the

<br />Sec. 11. SPECIAL STATUTES-Thu leaeeueubjeet to the FederalWeter
<br />Pollution Control Act (33 US.C. 1151-11751, the Clean Air Act (42
<br />U.S.C. 1857 et. seq.), end m ell other epDliceble laws peruininR to
<br />ezploration activities. mining operations end reclamation, including
<br />the Surfett Mining Control end Reelemation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C.
<br />1201 et seq.).
<br />5. SPECIALSTIPULAT10NS- Issuance of this lease is conditioned upon evidence of payment to the
<br />Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) of a water depletion charge of $10.41. The depletion
<br />narge is for the Recovery Implementation Program for Endangered Fiah Species in the Upper
<br />.olorado River Basin is accordance with the USFWS Biological Opinion pursuant to section 7
<br />of the Endangered Species Act of 1973. as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.).
