Also, the R2P2 <br />complies with lease conditions and the Mineral Leasing Act (MLA). <br />Under the Resource Management Plan for the Durango Known <br />Recoverable Coal Reserves Area, the Federal coal lease (C-49465) is <br />found to be suitable for the underground mining method proposed. <br />If you have any questions, please contact either Desty Dyer at <br />FTS-322-7239, or Bob Kershaw at FTS-321-4082. <br />Qda..~ d.° ~`-~ <br />C <br />
