Dudash <br />1313 Sherman, Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />RE: Mine Exhaust Fan <br />Wyoming Fuel Company - basin Resources <br />~~ <br />Mr. Dudash: <br />It is my understanding that there is no longer any doubt that the <br />emissions from the air shaft are killing vegetation. <br />Your letter to me of April 15, 1992, states that Joe Nugent of the <br />Colorado Division of Mines has stated that the exhaust contains 2~ or less <br />methane. <br />Who has measured and identified what is contained in the exhaust <br />coming out cf this hole": <br />in 1903, I signed an agreement with Wyoming Fuel to mine under my <br />properry with its two adobe houses. Per this agreement, they were to <br />inspect our buildings and carefully monitor subsidence. My buildings now <br />show cracks and damage and to my knowledge the mine has never complied <br />with the law and requirements to mine under houses and especially adobe <br />houses. <br />They were also specifically requested in writing to determine that <br />
