<br /> <br />3 <br />2. Royalty payments for coal mined or sold during the suspension; <br />3. Beneficial use of the lease; <br />4. Reclamation requirements; <br />5. Mine-maintenance requirements; and <br />6. Public and mine personnel health and safety requirements. <br />The following lease terms and conditions are extended by an amount of time equal to <br />the duration of the suspension: <br />1. MLA section 7(b) annual continued operation period; and <br />2. MLA section 2(a)(2)(A) 10-year holding period. <br />The following lease terms are NOT extended: <br />1. Lease term; and <br />2. Lease readjustment date. <br />The suspension is subject to the following stipulations: <br />1. The State Director, Colorado, shall be notified immediately upon the cessation of the <br />condition, situation, or event which constituted the basis for the suspension. <br />2. The lessee shall certify to the State Director, Colorado, prior to the end of each <br />successive 12-month period following the effective date of the suspension, that the <br />conditions justifying the suspension continue. <br />3. The lessee shall submit a permit revision application to Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division and a resource recovery and protection plan modification to BLM <br />that reflects any changes in the mining and reclamation plan caused by the suspension. <br />4. This suspension may be extended upon a showing that the conditions warranting the <br />suspension still exist. An extension will be considered if application is made before <br />expiration of the two-year term. <br />5. This suspension shall terminate upon: <br />a. The date the situation or conditions causing the interruption of operations or <br />production ceases; <br />
