Doak, Jr. <br />134 West Main St. <br />Trinidad, CO 81082 <br />Born: February 5, 1928 <br />EDUCATION: <br />1952 Bachelor of Science (Geology) - University of Oregon <br />1953 Master of Science (Geology) - University of Oregon <br />2005 -Semi-Retired <br />1980 - 2004 -President of Mountains West Exploration Inc., a Publicly Held Corportion <br />doing Oil and Gas Exploration in Western United States and Canada and Foreign Exploration in <br />Southeast Asia and South America. Exploration involved using various types of methods and <br />information in order to outline and define prospective drilling targets. <br />Throughout my career, emphasis was put on geomorphology and its effect on underlying <br />structures with strong emphasis on identifying erosional and weathering patterns of the surface <br />rocks. <br />AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS: <br />Fifty yeaz member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. <br />
