I specifically address your attention to - -.
paragraph 2 ~n Mr. Gerity's..report - "the house may. be
at least 20 ft closer to the mine workings than the;

IF MY HOLJSE IS AT LEAST 20 FEET CLOSER TO THE MINE,

~,n~~ then by the admissions of DMG, my house is CLEARLY within ,
V° the area of subsidence - 362.5 - 20 = 342.5 thus the
structure is well within the 347 feet that subsidence could
occur! ! ! ~ ....
I f.i.nd it :~emarkable~ that within the two enclosed
letters from DMG, the July 7, 1993, letter is assuming-that
my home is 750 feet away from the mine, and with .that.bel-ief :""
DMG states the angle of dr$w is 30 degrees; ovaitiurdetl.
