E%HIBIT A <br />MILL LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />The following described patented lode mining claims together <br />with: <br />A. All improvements located thereon; and <br />B. A certain right of ingress and egress from the mill to <br />Boulder County Road 52 a/k/a/ Sunshine Canyon Drive; <br />and <br />C. All rights under Water Court adjudication SSCW117 <br />together with 20 shares of the Left Hand Ditch Company <br />listed in the name of Mark A. Steen and held in the <br />physical possession of COM, INC. <br />The patented lode mining claims consist of the following <br />parcels: <br />PARCEL A <br />A. The Oscar Lode Mining Claim, Survey No. 17992, <br />embracing a portion of Section 12, Township 7 Nocth, <br />Range 72 West of the 6th P.M. in the Gold Hill Mining <br />District, in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado <br />EXPRESSLY EXCEPTING AND EXCLUDING all that portion of <br />the ground embraced in the following mining claims or <br />survey nos.: White Cloud Lode Claim, Survey No. 107; <br />Wynona Lode Claim, Survey No. 112; Trumbo Lode Claim, <br />Survey No. 589; Hercules Lode Claim, Survey No. 5604; <br />Thorndike Lode Claim and Lansing Lode Claim, Survey No. <br />5159A; Hazel A. Lode Claim and John G.
