Telephone number is (719)784-4766. <br />2(a) The applicant is a limited partnership. A copy of the Certifi- <br />cate of Limited Partnership is attached hereto showing the <br />general partners names and address, and the names and addresses <br />of the limited partners. The general partner of the Twin Pines <br />Investment Limited Partnership is Falcon Energy, Inc., a Colorado <br />corporation, whose officers are: Chris Reed, President, Dale V. <br />Rose, Secret-Tre~urer; and Jart~s Mezo, Vice President. There <br />are four share holders in Falcon Energy, Inc., each owning an <br />equal 1/4 of the issued and outstanding shares of the capital <br />stock. The four share holders are one and the same persons as <br />the limited partners set forth in the Certificate of Limited <br />Partnership, namely 4fack L.
