His duties with Central include the development and administration of a substitute supply plan for <br />Central's 1,000 member wells, general design engineer, principal researcher for numerous non-point source <br />contamination watershed projects, the preparation of engineering evaluations used in Division 1 Water Court for <br />numerous change-oFuse water rights cases and all duties pertaining to technical issues associated with the Central <br />District. htr.
