Mr. Leaf also assisted in the optimization model development of the Illinois Waterway. <br />[rlr. Leaf vvas employed as an Environmental Engineer with the U.S. EPA, Region V from 1953 - ! 990. He was <br />Projec[ Manager in the Public Water System Supervision Program for the states of Illinois, \1'isconsin and Indiana. <br />ivir. Leaf is currently employed wi[h the Central Colorndo \Vater Conservancy District as a 1\'ater Resources <br />Engineer. His duties with Central include the development and administration of a substitute supply plan for <br />Central's 1,000 member wells, general design engineer, principal researcher for numerous non-point source <br />contamination watershed projects, the preparation of engineering evaluations used in Division 1 Water Court for <br />numerous change-oFuse water rights cases and all duties pertaining to technical issues associated with the Central <br />District. htr.
