EXPLANATION OF DATA FLAGS
8 - This £t ag is used to indicate that an analyte is
present in the method blank as cell as in the sample.
It indicates that the client should consider this
when evaluating the results.
D - This flag indicates that surrogates were diluted out
of calibration range and cannot be quantified.
E - Indicates that a sample result is an estimate because
the concentration exceeded the calibration range of
the instrument.
I - Used to indicate matrix interference.
J - Indicates [hat a value is an estimate. It is used
uh en a compound is determined to be present based on
the mass spectral data, but at a concentration less
than the practical quanti ration limit of the method.
