The information presented below, and as <br />attachments to this letter, will serve to satisfy the stipulation. <br />Stipulation 2 - The attached report addresses this stipulation. The <br />report was prepared by ttr. Jim Nalven while the water analysis was <br />performed by Bookcliffs Commercial Laboratories. The water samples <br />were obtained on August 29, 1983. <br />Stipulation 13 - The attached pages contain the revegetation <br />monitoring p an. It is presented in a form that can be inserted <br />directly into the permit. <br />Stipulation 16 - The methodology used to determine the volumes of <br />fib 's as follows: The area to be backfilled and the postmining <br />topography of the area was planimetered. After this information was <br />obtained, the following formula was used to arrive at the volume of <br />dirt required to be moved: 1/3 h [(b + b ) + ( b x b )]. The <br />value obtained was then cross-check~d us2ing the cross-25ectional <br />method.
