THESE ADDITIONAL BONDS MUST BE APPROVED AND ACCEPTED BY THE <br />DIVISION PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION FOR THESE PHASES. <br />The narrative in the bonding section of the permit application which addresses <br />the Lower Waste Pile incorporated this stipulation into the permit.
