You will <br /> note that through its permitting process the county determined <br /> both mining and reclamation procedures and possibilities . <br /> Although county commissioners approval was granted in early <br /> January, the recent MLRB ruling made it necessary that the pit <br /> be re-permitted by the county to comply with its new zoning <br /> regulations passed in early February.
