Division records
indicate that the last sample results received are for the December 17, 1999 sampling, whose
results were received by the Division on December 22, 2000. We have not received the required
sampling results for 2000 or 2001. This lack of submitting the required reports in a timely
manner is now considered a problem, which carries a corrective action and correction date.
Please be advised that you must submit to the Division the above-described records, as required
in your permit, to correct the current problem. If these records are not received hereby August
15, 2002, this problem may become a possible violation, and will be a matter to be heard by the
Mined Land Reclamation Boazd at a formal public hearing.
If you have questions, please contact me at the Division's Durango field office. The address is
701 Camino de] Rio, Durango, CO 81301; and the phone number is 97 01247-5 1 93.
It seems that the contact information for you in the Division's records may need to be updated. If
you have a new phone number or prefer to receive mail at a different address, please let us know
so that we may update our records.
Sin~~cjjereyly,
V4 #~
Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE
I, Bob Oswald, certify that I placed the foregoing document in the US mail, first class postage
paid, to the addressee at the last address of recor on the date shown below.
G '~ ~ ~y.,
signature date
(A:lincas wq rpt enf/rco)
