The document <br />contains the Proposed Decision to approve the permit application; a <br />summary describing the history of the review of the permit application, <br />the environment affected by the operation and the operation and <br />reclamation plan; and the D1v1s1on's written findings of compliance <br />required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act.
