Y' !` <br />-21- <br />XVIII. Mine Facilities, Coal Handling Structures and Support Facilities <br />- Rules 2.05.3(3). 2.05.3(7) and 4.04 <br />Coal handling structures and facilities are discussed on pages 2.05-1 <br />through 2.05-2 of the application. <br />Facilities will include a raw coal stockpile, truck dump hopper, double <br />deck screens, primary crusher, conveyor, a train load-out facility and <br />storage stockpiles. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XIX. Roads - Rules 2.05.3(3) and 4.03 <br />The haul/access road at the load-out connects the facilities with State <br />Highway 133. The roadway is approximately 400 feet long and 24 feet <br />wide. Road cross-section and profile drawings are presented on Map 9. <br />The location of road drainage ditches and culverts is provided on Map 5. <br />Terror Greek has obtained a Permit for Access from the State Highway <br />Department for the highway approach and a License Agreement with the <br />Bureau of Reclamation and the Fire Mountain Canal Company to allow <br />Construction of a concrete box culvert across the Fire Mountain Canal. <br />As indicated in Section XI - Topsoil of this document, the haulage road <br />will remain after cessation of operations as a means of access for <br />adjacent land owners. The road will replace County Road 4365, which is <br />being abandoned by Delta County. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XX. Bonding - Rule 2.05.7(2)(b) and Rule 3 <br />Estimated reclamation costs and supporting calculations are included as <br />Exhibit 10 of the application. The applicant's original cost estimates <br />have been revised. Supporting calculations for the revised reclamation <br />cost estimates can be found in a letter of June 20, 1983, from Eldon <br />Strtd of ACZ., Inc., which is to the public file in the Division office. <br />The bond amount 1s set at E49,000.00 and must be submitted prior to <br />permit issuance. The following stipulation is required: <br />Stipulation No. 1 <br />A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF E49,000.00 MADE PAYABLE TO <br />THE STATE OF COLORA00 MUS1 BE FILED WITH THE DIVISION PRIOR TO <br />THE THIRD DAY FOLLOWING EXPIRATION OF THE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD. <br />
