<br />~, <br />i <br />Exhibit B <br />(continued) <br />Permit Stipulations and Their Status <br />Number Stipulation <br />13 A performance band in the amount of <br />$2,646,300.00 payable to the State of Colorado <br />and the Office of Surface Mining, must be filed <br />with the Division within thirty (30) days of <br />issuance of the proposed decision. <br />14 Peabody Coal Company will submit revised <br />maps and pages for MR-O8, realignment of <br />Haul Road A between stations 64+00 and 81+00, <br />by November 20, 1989. The new alignment will <br />shorten Haul Road A slightly, increase grade <br />from approximately 6~ to 7S, and eliminate two <br />hairpin turns. Submittal should include <br />revised Table 12-4 (culvert sizing), revised <br />Exhibits 7-10, 12-1, 12-8A3, 12-8A4, and any <br />other pages or exhibits pertaining to this <br />stretch of Haul Road A. <br />15 Peabody Coal Company must submit bonding <br />information to cover costs of haul road <br />surface material removal, initial cast spoil <br />material replacement, and topsoil replacement <br />by December 22, 1989.
