Ferguson's letter dated August <br />9, 1993, concerning the ground control plan for the above <br />referenced mine. <br />In accordance with Title 30 Code of Federal Regulations (30 CFR), <br />Section 41.10, the Legal Identity Report for the subject mine must <br />be updated, before any plans can be processed. Enclosed is MSHA <br />Form 2000-7, for that purpose. Please provide the information <br />required on this Legal Identity Report and submit it to this <br />office. <br />Once this Legal Identity Report has been acknowledged by this <br />office, then, all other required plans can be processed for the <br />mine. <br />Please be aware that ground control plans, for surface mines, are <br />not "approved" by MSHA, but, simply accepted and made a part of the <br />mine file, in accordance with 30 CFR, Section 77.1000. <br />The previously assigned ID No. 05-03683, will remain the same, if <br />mining is to take place on the Carbon Junction Mine property. <br />However, all required plans will need to be submitted under the <br />authority of Oakridge Energy, Inc., prior to the commencement of <br />actual mining operations. <br />
