Flatiron does agree that this will be the case <br /> as long as wildlife remains the final land use . As <br /> I mentioned to you, there are factors other than state <br /> regulation which make this result likely. They include : <br /> 1. The great value of the land--economics can <br /> have at least as much impetus as regulation <br /> in bringing good results; <br /> 2. The location of the land at the entrance to <br /> the City of Boulder; <br /> 3. The interest of the County of Boulder government <br /> in high quality reclamation; <br /> 4 . The interest Platiron has in high quality <br /> reclamation; <br /> 5.
