<br /> <br />Crader Pit M-81-114 <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />I, Walt Serfoss, Director of Resource Management and Engineering and for La Plata County and <br />I, Doyle Villers,'Director ofMaintenance of La Plata County, having been duly sworn upon oath, <br />states: <br />1. The statements contained in this affidavit are true and personally known to me. <br />2. In the western area of [he pit, some piles of dirt and sunflower stack remains have been <br />imported (approximately) 100 cubic yazds. <br />3. I hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge such material was clean and inert on the date <br />of placement. <br />4. The aforementioned material will not be used with the [op soil but be used as backfill upon <br />reclamation. It will be placed in a manner to avoid unacceptable settling. <br />5.
