Bor 1b9 • Commsre~ Clty, CO 90037 • (903) 288.0287 <br />OUEST <br />NOTICE TO TOUCHING LANDOWNERS <br /> <br /> <br />CERTIFIED MAIL, <br />RETURN RECEIPT <br />REQUESTED <br />RE Sand and Gravel Operation - Sandy Acres <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board and the Colorado Mined Land Reclama- <br />tion Act of 1976, H.B. 1065, notice is hereby given that the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will meat to consider <br />an application by Colorado Sand and Gravel Company, 602 West <br />62nd Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80216, to conduct a surface min- <br />ing operation for sand and gravel on lands located in part of <br />the SE 1/4, Section 26, and the SW 1/4, Section 25, Township <br />1 South, Range 67 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Adams County, <br />Colorado. <br />Mining will begin at this site in 1985, and it is estimated <br />that reclamation will be complete in 1995.
