You requested ea~tensions till the end of November for all of the problems at each of the sites. I am <br />approving this request, and the correction dates have been extended. The following summarizes the e~Kensions: <br />Monogram - Jo Dandy Mine, Permit M-1977-293 <br />"Records" problem Original correction date: 1 1/27/01 Extended date: 11/30/01 <br />"Sign and markers" l 1/27/01 :11/30/01 <br />Monogram Mines, Pern3it M-1978-222 UG <br />"Records" problem " : 9/30/01 :11/30/01 <br />"Sign and markers" " : 9/30/01 11/30/01 <br />Van 4 Shaft, Permit M-1997-032 <br />"Sign attd markers" 8/31/01 1 l/30/01 <br />As 1 indicated to you in a previous letter, this Division now has staff in anewly-opened Grand Junction field office, <br />who have responsibility for monitoring sites in Montrose County, where these three pernut areas are located. I am <br />going to ship this letter and the three permit files to our staff at that office.
