<br />the case. Until Ms. Hcefler and Ms. Mihnoe made their unannounced inspection, they
<br />had no direct knowledge as to what we have been subject to here.
<br />Many citizens have put in thousands of unpaid hours on this industry alone, and we still
<br />don't have containment of what we consider a hazardous and dangerous material spewing
<br />out of Cemex-Lyons. E. IvL Forester once offered his countrymen words we might heed:
<br />If you desire to save the countryside there is only one way,
<br />through good laws rightly applied... That is your only hope. A
<br />little has already been done: much more can be done in the future.
<br />It needs men and women of good will who can continue and work
<br />together lest destruction spread and wver the fields and the hills.
