A component of the requirement was that a written plan for
the tailing relocation project be provided for Division review and
acceptance. Such a plan was provided to the Division late in the day on
November 21, 1995, and was approved by Carl Mount of the Division's staff
in a phone call to you on the morning of November 22, 1995. This letter
will serve to formalize the Division's approval of the tailing relocation
plan submitted. COM, Inc. may proceed with the project as planned. I
will be on site during the afternoon of November 28, 1995 to observe the
tailing relocation operations.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
/~.
~~~
Allen C.
