\~ <br />Company ("GE"), will. be heard by the Honorable Judith A. E~oulden, <br />United States Bankruptcy Judge, on Wednesday. September 29, 1993, <br />at the hour of 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel. may be <br />heard, in Judge Boulden's Courtroom located on the third 1.'loor of <br />the Federal Courthouse Building located at 350 South Main Street, <br />Salt .Lake City, Utah. The Motion requests approval of a <br />settlement of this adversary proceeding between the partiE:s. <br />CF&I brought this action against GE alleging that GE's security <br />interest in certain property was invalid and should be avoided <br />pursuant to state law and Bankruptcy Code provisions. Th.a <br />parties have agreed to settle the matter by allowing GE a secured <br />claim in the amount of $13,315.84 and being allowed an unsecured <br />claim in the amount of $9,000. Copies of the Motion and 'the <br />related settlement agreement may be obtained by request from the <br />undersigned counsel for CF&I. <br />PLEASE TARE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 523(b) <br />of the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court <br />for the District of Utah, objections to the Motion must be <br />submitted in writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served <br />upon the undersigned counsel on or before Tuesday, the 7t.h day of <br />September, 1993. Absent timely filing and service of objections, <br />the hearing may be stricken and the relief sought in the Motion <br />may be granted by the Court without further notice or heecring. <br />Additionally, upon the resolution of any timely filed anti served <br />objections, the hearing may be stricken and the relief sought in <br />2 <br />
