New York as Surety, are hereby jointly and severally held and firmly bound unto Reorganized CF&I Fabricators of Utah, Inc., Colorado & Utah Land Company, Kansas Metals Company, Albuquerque Metals Company, Reorganized Pueblo Metals Company, Denver Metals Company, Reorganized Pueblo Railroad Service Company, Reorganized CFSI Steel Corporation, Reorganized CF&i Fabricators of Colorado, Inc., Reorganized Colorado & Wyoming Railway Company, collectively called the Reorganized Debtors, as obligee, in the penal sum of ***Twenty-One Million Five Hundred Thousand` and No/100 *** Dollars (~21.SOO.OOO.OQ**), lawful money of the United States to be paid to the said obligee, for which payment, well and truly to be made, the said Principals hereby bind themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, and FIREMEN~S INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY binds itself, its successors and assigns, firmly by these presents. THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IB SIICH, that WHEREAS the above named Principals have been appointed Responsible Director and Responsible Officer in the case pending in bankruptcy in said Court, wherein CF6I Fabricators of Utah. Inc.. et al. is the debtor, and they Scott C. King and David ~Iouahton, said Principals have accepted said trust with all the duties and obligations pertaining thereunto. NOW, THEREFORE, if the said Principals as aforesaid shall obey such orders as said Court may make in relation to said trust, and shall faithfully and truly account for all the moneys, assets, and effects of the estates of the respective Reorganized Debtors which shall come into their hands and possession, and shall in all respects faithfully perform all of their official duties , as set forth in the Confirmed Plan of Reorganization and the Revised Provisions for Post Effective Date Governance of the Reorganized Debtors, including any amendments thereto approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah, as said Responsible Director and Responsible officer then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
