Please check one below and retain this form your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too lazge for a CD, you will be called. CD (a3 55.00 per disk _ DVD Q 520.00 per disk Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain tiles with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint' and Utey do not work with QttickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanV iew", which can be downloaded 5nm IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be con5gured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions• 1. Iusert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into dte computer. 5. You aze ready to view dte Permit Files. NOTE: A program called t2uickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autotvn program does NOT work, you will need to manually install dte t2uickView program. Instntctions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they cau be purchased ou a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor otmaking the CD. DMG cannot orovide camouter related suooort.
