The Division does not propose to approve a ford of an intermittent, a <br />perennial or an ephemeral stream which drains at least one (1) squaze <br />mile. Fords will be allowed across ephemeral streams with a watershed <br />less than one (1) square mile. The Division finds that the fords will not <br />affect stream sedimentation or fish, wildlife, and related values due to <br />light and infrequent use. <br />All but one of the light-use roads are pre-existing roads and will be <br />retained after reclamation of the Bowie No. 2 Mine site.
